Animal Totem

A totem animal is an animal that escorts us as a spiritual guide and its Medicine is expressed in our personality. When one is closely connected to an animal, its features can also be seen in their motions or outer appearance. The totem animal connects us to our true self that is beyond masks, limiting patterns of thought and behavior and social norms. The connection to totem animals is a connection to authenticity, well being and the joy of life. We learn how to balance ourselves with the help of totem animals.

Totem animals that guide our path light up dark corners in our hearts and provide us a better understanding of our life circumstances. They are the best teachers one can summon for the creation of real change in life.
